I call this collection
The NeuroCranial Restructuring Information Packet. It includes information I have
accumulated for my forthcoming book. I apologize for the roughness in the writing, editing
and presentation, but I think that the ideas presented here are so good and valuable that
you, gentle reader, will forgive the faults.
Some advice prior to reading this collection:
At first, read the information in the order presented. Later you can use it for reference.
The Question-and-Answer section can almost serve as a stand-alone reference, but the
individual answers are not complete when read alone.
The photographs presented here have not been retouched or edited in any way, except for
cropping to fit the pages better. In the future, they will be presented in a format that
includes comparative lines drawn on each picture to make the changes more evident.
For now, when you look at a face picture, look for improved symmetry in face shape and eye
shape, leveling of the ears, for the centering of the chin, the straightening of the
mouth, the removal of wrinkles and the calmness in demeanor.
When you look at a profile, note that the neck and lower back should have gentle curves
(in the same direction), and the upper back (ribcage-area) should have a gentle curve in
the opposite direction. The head should be directly on top of the shoulder, not in front
of the shoulder as is so often found. The pelvis should be directly beneath the head as
well.
What this means is that there should ideally be a vertical line drawn from the ear through
the shoulder and hip to the ankle. This should be a straight, vertical line.
When you look at a full-body, face-on picture, please look at the position of the pelvis,
shoulders and head. Ideally, the pelvis should be level with the ground and have no
rotation from front-to-back. The shoulders should also be level with the ground and be
located directly, vertically above the pelvis. Finally, the head should be sitting
straight, directly upright, with no tilt to either side or front-to-back, no rotation, and
the head should be centered above the upper body. If you were to draw lines, the line
through the head would be vertically straight, and this line would bisect the line drawn
through the shoulders, forming an upside-down T. The line through the
shoulders should be positioned horizontally, directly above the line drawn through the
pelvis. If we draw the vertical lines from the end of the shoulder line, it will meet the
line drawn through the pelvis, ideally forming a rectangular box.
Here is The NeuroCranial Restructuring Information Packet. I hope you like it.
